bought used machine with all paperwork showing it worked and is in good condition. Machine never worked. Very disappointed with company and will not recommend to other 3M'ers, family or friends.
I would like to thank Worldwide gaming for the help in getting me the correct part to repair my slot machine. Not only did they answer all my questions they also provided instructions on how to do repair. My dad is very happily playing his slot machine right now and having fun with the grand kids. He will be able to play while watching monday night Packer football! I know you are based in Minnesota so I had to rub that in...We need more companies that help their customers the way they did. Avoid this company at all costs. Tried to purchase a slot machine from them as a Christmas present this past November. Machine arrived broken. Their policy is to hold onto your money (more than $1K) until they get resolution from their shipping company. Failed to return my phone calls or emails for weeks. Finally had to reverse the charge on my credit card, only to have them try and fraudulently charge my card again after receiving back their machine. Rude owner - indicates as a customer I have wasted his time. You don't need or want this hassle. Find another place to buy your slot machines
