Love this store. It's clean and bright. I'm just not sure I like the self checkouts. Maybe eventually I'll get used to it.
The Medina store has gone to all self check-out stations. I like the *option* of self check-out, but hate having to wait for help when one of the many discounts or "free" gift certificate specials doesn't work correctly. That happened *again* today. The associate came as quickly as they could, but they obviously run with fewer staff now (which I assume is their goal). Frankly, I'm shopping at Target less and less because of this -- my time and inconvenience is worth more to me than the amount saved.
This Target for as small it is needs to be better at re-ordering and stocking their shelves. I find myself going back 1, 2 or 3 weeks later and the same items I shop for, still have not been replenished.
The store has lost its human touch. It’s changed to all self-checkout. I understand technology is great, and self-checkout is here to stay, but taking my choice away from getting checkout help, especially when a person has a cart full of items, is frustrating, and takes me longer to check out, as I’m not proficient to know where all the tags/labels are on things. This has caused an inconvenience to me, not to mention the loss of jobs replaced by these machines for profit. I will never shop here or at Target again. I will ensure to pass the word around.
Ugh please change back, fine to have a few self check out but not all I️ don’t want to find UPC codes also prices much higher compared to online target or other targets but sure is close and handy
