They made my 10 year old, ALREADY self-conscious daughter feel like a dirty piece of trash and told her she had lice and would not cut her hair. Which she does NOT! Then when I called to talk to the manager, they answered the phone "hello?" Like really??? This is a place of employment and customer service?? So you DONT want to make any money then? The owner needs to be aware of the horrible way their staff treat customers and DO something about it. Went to a different Great Clips down the road and had the best service ever by two sweet old ladies. Not a word about "lice." Hire some new help!!!!
They did a good job and the place was clean and the employees were polite. Make sure to check in online as you get priority over walk ins. Their mobile app is really easy to use for checking in.
Normally I have a good haircut experience here with a pretty simple cut. But this time didn't go as well. The stylist who cut my hair didn't do as good as I had got my haircut last time. First off, it was too long in some areas. And what really disappointed me in the end was how she had stuck up my hair with the hair product and it didn't end up looking too good. It had turned out pretty messy in the front of my hair and she didn't stick it up the way I like it and how normally get. She may have been in a little of a rush during the haircut for the other customers waiting, but that is no excuse to do a poor job on cutting someone's hair. Not to mention, She was also pretty rude when we had asked the lady to fix it. And even after that my hair still didn't look that good once she did minor changes. I feel bad giving a poor review, but I am not very happy with this haircut experience and hope it will be better next time. Hopefully, I will get the same older lady I've liked in the past who always did a good job cutting my hair just the way I like it.
The reason i gave it two stars instead of one is because I have not had a bad experience here until now.
Usually a decent in and out haircut. However today, the three stylists are conversing with each other about their private lives. This is only slowing them down as I sit here waiting. I didn't get switched on the monitor to being here until I had been here for 10 minutes because the person didn't stop and do it immediately like normal. I have now been waiting for 20 minutes past my estimated wait time. This review probably would not have been written if I didn't have to wait this long past my time and the employees were not wasting time like they are.
