My son was ecstatic when he saw the inside of the venue. All the activities were fun and unique from the horse rides, train rides, and the carousel rides ..they could not get enough.This venue is definetly a very valuable gem in Minnesota and is well worth the time. It is truly magical for the kids and the adults. My advice, would be to take a fully charged camera as it is definitely one of a kind and everything is photo worthy. The birthday party was over the top and the children can not stop talking about it even after more than a month from the event...they felt that it was very fun and they will never forget it.The staff was very organized and very welcoming. Thank you for making the impossible possible with your magical inspirations.
I ride here still and I will tell you, this is the best barn to ride at! Both trainers are very good and teach you a lot. I don't even ride with Bill and I still learn a lot from him and his students. Both Bill and Jimmy are amazing trainers and I recommend them for anyone who is looking for a great place to start riding at
I started riding at Skyrock Farm a few months ago - I've been riding for 20+ years but took a 2 year break after a riding related injury. Hanna is my instructor and I appreciate how she pushes me just enough without making me uncomfortable. I dare even say she is one of my favorite instructors to date - and I've worked with many. My confidence regarding riding is going back up and I look forward to each lesson. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and organized. They have many happy, beautiful horses with lots of personality.
Skyrock Farm is a truly magical place. We held a surprise 70th birthday here for my mom (she's always loved horses) and it could not have been a better place. I loved how they take care of the catering and the food was wholesome and delicious. The turn of the century carousel and organs are as beautiful to look at as they sound. We also paid for some of the extras like the horse drawn wagon ride and the horse jumping demonstration. Everyone LOVED the jumping demonstration. Bill and Stacy have clearly poured their hearts and souls into this place making an unforgettable experience for everyone.
